I hitch-hiked one in Hungary in 1972 and travelled with them for two days to Hortobagy and small villages of the upper Tisza region. A German couple who had a pretty toy in the vwan for playing music, called cassette tape-recorder.

It would be a feat to recall particular songs even for a walrus with exceptional memory, but certainly that vwan trip changed Worn's concepts of sunflower fields, barley harvests, sea-horse shaped clouds and strawberry fields forever.
